Procedure of Panama Seamans Book
Panama Seamans Book can be issue only for O/S & WIPER & COOK ranks. For different certifications and upgrades you can read our texts for other flags.
After evaluation of presented documents and payment of relevant fees, seaman’s book will be issued.
Also, Panama Seamans Book is IMO white flag. Documents are issued in english language and according to IMO, STCW regulationes.
** Valid International Passport Copy
** Photo in color passport size (in high resolution).
** Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
If you want to work as an officer, we can provide you to the Panama Endorsement;
In order to proceed with issuance of Panama Certificate of Endorsement we need to receive below copies also;
** Valid International Passport Copy (pages showing personal data).
** Photo in color passport size (in high resolution).
** Valid Medical Fitness Certificate is approved by the administration.
** Valid Seamans Book Copy (pages showing personel data, competency etc.
** All valid STCW copies.
