Procedure of Palau Seamans Book
After evaluation of presented documents and payment of relevant fees, Seaman’s book and basic STCW will be issued.
Palau Seamans Book are issued in english language and according to IMO, STCW regulationes.
In order to proceed with issuance of Palau Seamans Book we need to receive below scan-copies;
** Filled out Palau application form (with signature).
** Valid International Passport Copy (pages showing personal data).
** Photo in color passport size (in high resolution).
** Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
